Q: My order has not arrived.

If your order has not arrived after 18 days for Europe, 30 days for the rest of the World then please contact us and we will either

1. A refund will be offered to you, minus the shipping costs.

* Note: This does not apply if you used (only beads ) UK Recorded delivery as there is no insurance.

2. Resend the order (if in stock, as some items are one of a kind) * Note: This option will only be done once, if the 2nd order is lost then no refund is possible.
